S.A.A.R.C is committed to keeping Amateur Radio moving forward. In December of 2022 we added the option for a Junior Membership. There is no age limit to be involved in Amateur Radio. This is truly a Family Hobby that everyone can be involved in, and it is encouraged that Parents take an active interest with their children.

As with all forms of communication, it is important that everyone understand that Amateur Radio is not about making plans to meet. It is about using Radio Frequencies to make Contacts around the world.
